Observation and Analysis
> Near the main road and its facilities are easily accessible. There are many housing estates around the community centre so it would be easier for residents leaving near the community centre to entertain themselves or keep fit using the facilities the community centre provides.
>There are many Bus stations and a mrt station close to the community centre itself. This would make it easier for people to travel here to take part in the activities the community centre holds.
The atmosphere is noisy as it is beside the main road and it may affect those participating in the activities the community centre.
If I was a resident who lived around the area, I would participate more in the facilities they offer in the community centre to keep myself fit.
